1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckyi ("luckyi," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the luckyi online gaming platform available at luckyi.ws and its associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the luckyi platform, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, jackpot games, promotional offers, bonuses, and payment processing services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game on luckyi, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

luckyi is intended for use by residents and players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the luckyi platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckyi does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on luckyi, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Identity Verification

luckyi is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name).

3.2 Verification Timing

luckyi reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

3.3 Data Use

All documents submitted for KYC verification are processed in accordance with luckyi's Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal documents with third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

luckyi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckyi does not apply currency conversion fees to your wallet balance.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on luckyi is ₱200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account cashier.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your luckyi wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are typically credited within minutes but may take up to two hours in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within four (4) hours under normal operating conditions. luckyi reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing withdrawals, which may extend processing time. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• luckyi reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

luckyi offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, which supplement these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits awarded by luckyi are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckyi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude certain players or accounts from specific promotions. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured play designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

luckyi offers a catalog of games sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Game availability may vary by player location and may change without notice due to provider licensing obligations or platform updates.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, luckyi will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. luckyi reserves the right to void bets or game rounds that were affected by a verifiable technical error. luckyi is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions experienced on Smart, Globe, or DITO networks.

6.3 Bets Are Final

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the luckyi platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmed bets will stand unless voided by luckyi due to a technical error, rule breach, or other qualifying circumstance as determined at luckyi's sole discretion.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on luckyi, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are governed by market-specific rules published within the sports betting section of the platform. luckyi reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where it determines that a market has been offered in error or where an event outcome is subject to dispute or official review.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyi platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering or using more than one luckyi account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using luckyi to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your luckyi account by any third party.
• Using the platform while under the legal gambling age of 21 years.
• Accessing luckyi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any conduct that luckyi reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

luckyi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered luckyi players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your luckyi account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the luckyi platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckyi platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the luckyi platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the platform.
• Use luckyi's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any luckyi content or game software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckyi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckyi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckyi shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond luckyi's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information contained on the platform that is later found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits luckyi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

luckyi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on luckyi, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

luckyi implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and access controls — to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and luckyi cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

12 Amendments to These Terms

luckyi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, luckyi will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the luckyi platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting luckyi support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and luckyi, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. luckyi aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
